Data protection declaration
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. In order to fully inform you about the use of your personal data, we ask you to take note of the following data protection information.
Collection and processing of your data
Personal data is only collected if you wish to make a purchase, subscribe to our newsletter or use certain functions of our website, such as registration. If you only view our site, we only collect the data that your browser transmits to our server (operating system, device type, browser, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the proper operation of the website. This data is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is the legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO).
If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, we will only use the personal data you provide to process your enquiry.
If you book something with us, we require the following data from you: First name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, street, postcode, town, user name and password and, if applicable, a different delivery address. After your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with your entered data. To be able to contact you more quickly, we need your telephone number and e-mail address.
In addition, we need to process your user data (registration date, login, last login, etc.) to operate the website. The collection of the data to provide the website and the storage of the data in log files is necessary for the operation of the website. You therefore have no possibility to object to this process.
Your data will be stored for as long as is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract, or for as long as the legal (in particular commercial and tax) regulations make it necessary to store your data. Your personal data will then be deleted from our system.
We delete data that is not necessary for the execution of the contract (such as log files, etc.) after 14 days. The legal basis for our processing activities is derived from Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b and f DS-GVO.
Use and disclosure of your data
Your details will only be used by us for the processing of orders and payments, the delivery of goods and the provision of services and will be kept securely. For this purpose, your data will only be passed on to other companies, e.g. to the supplier, payment service providers and banks, if necessary. These companies may only use your data for order processing and not for any other purposes and are contractually obliged to us to comply with the statutory provisions on data protection.
However, in the event of a legal requirement, an official order or an official investigation, we are legally obliged to make the respective data available to the authority.
Newsletter
You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by contacting the e-mail address in the imprint. You receive a confirmation by e-mail if you unsubscribed successfully.
If we have received your e-mail address or postal address in connection with the sale of a product or service, we reserve the right to send you regular offers on products by e-mail or post. You can object to the use of your e-mail address for the purpose of direct advertising via a link provided for this purpose in the advertising e-mail, or to the use of your postal address by sending an e-mail to office@artadventure.at.
Contract data
The contract text is stored in the system and an order confirmation is sent to you. By logging into the system, you can view your orders and change your personal data at any time.
Processing and use of personal image data
We process your personal image data (photos) only with your consent. Images for which we have received your consent will be processed by us for public relations and archiving purposes. The legal basis is Art 6 para 1 lit a DSGVO.
